Black Jack (TV) - episode 19 - 13 Mar, 2005

Black Jack is forced to take Pinoko to a local clinic for digestion medicine, and comes to assist Dr. Kowa, a country doctor, in a thyroid operation. Black Jack is extremely impressed by the friendliness and respect Dr. Kowa is treated with by his patients, especially since he can tell Dr. Kowa is an unlicensed doctor.
