Dr. Slump: Arale-chan - episode 11 - 23 Jun, 1981

Arale plays with a girl named Kinoko Sarada, who helps Arale fit in with modern ways, but end in disaster when Arale and Gatchen put on a lot of makeup. Dr. Slump is antagonised by a crazy and quick-judging policewoman.
