Shin-chan learns the art of stitching. And when Misae falls asleep, Shin-chan stitches the clothes from the house. At school, the doctor diverts children's attention so as to vaccinate them. But Shin-chan builds a conversation with the doctor to avoid the injection. Misae prepares food for Kawaguchi on his sudden visit.
