Kojiro's childhood best friend. After loosing a battle to Kojiro when they were kids, they grew to have a permanent friendship. Tenki trained under Kojiro's father, Jisai Kanemaki, but was never able to match Kojiro in swordsmanship. After Kojiro left with Ito Ittosai, he was tasked by Jisai to give him a Certificate of Swordsmanship. No voice actors have been added to this character.
