The Beautiful Woman's appearance is reminiscent of Towa's, owing to her light blue skin and long white hair, though her eyes are yellow. She wears a black and red dress underneath a golden breastplate, a white belt cloth, metal bands around her upper arms, and light green and black boots. Initially, she dons a bouncy, yellowish-green hat. After taking her reward from Gomah's treasure trove, she wears a green and gold necklace, as well as a golden crown adorned with blue and red jewels that resembles the same crown worn by Princess Gwaelin from the original Dragon Quest game. After Degesu is ordered by Gomah to obtain the Evil Third Eye, he in turn orders the Beautiful Woman to fetch it for him. She approaches Hybis, managing to trade her hat for the belt containing the Evil Third Eye. She later delivers the belt to Gomah, and in exchange, takes a heaping bag of riches from Gomah's treasure trove. She helps Gomah again by embedding the Evil Third Eye in his forehead, but is quickly frightened by his sudden transformation and flees, but not before returning to pick up two jewels she dropped in her initial attempt to leave.
