David Moo is a former voice actor who worked at the properties of 4Kids Entertainment and Central Park Media. Before he voiced Xellos, he voiced earlier on Slayers. Moo retired from voice acting in 2008 in order to focus on his bar business. After Moo's bar closed in 2023, he had shifted his focus on the following areas like utilizing his 20+ years of experience to consult on bar design, operatinal efficiency and menu development for other establishments. He also continues to create specialty cocktails for high-profile events and is widely recognized for his original recipes, such as "Alice's Mallet" and has been featured in various lifestyle publications and books. While retired from major anime dubbing, Moo still accepts minor voice roles and specialized voice-work. This includes underwriting advertisements for major outlets like New York Times podcasts and performing voice work for independent podcast productions.
